What happens if my bus runs late?

A:

Arriva will always do everything possible to ensure that our services run on time. However in some circumstances our services may operate late due to issues outside of our control such as road traffic issues or weather conditions. If you feel this was not the case then please feel free to log a complaint with our Customer Services Team. Please contact us via Live Chat or call us on 0344 800 44 11. We are open Monday to Friday from 08.00 until 18.00.

 

Please note that the Traffic Commissioners Guidelines state that a bus is permitted to arrive up to 5 minutes late.
