Q:

I have lost my student ticket, what should I do?

A:

Please try to keep tickets safe as lost tickets are difficult to trace and we will not be able to provide refunds for majority of lost tickets.

If you have lost a Saver ticket issued by Arriva (e.g. an Arriva 4-Weekly Saver) please contact us at customer services and we will check if it has been handed in. If it has, we will try to get this back to you as soon as possible.

We are unable to able to re issue Day, Weekly and 4-Weekly passes if they haven't been found. However, if you have lost a Termly or Annual pass issued by Arriva we can issue a replacement pass for a £25 fee whether it has  been handed in to our lost property department or not.
