I have lost my multi-journey Saver ticket, what should I do?


Please try to keep it safe as lost tickets are difficult to trace and we aren't able to give refunds on most lost tickets. If you have lost a Saver ticket issued by Arriva (e.g. an Arriva 4-Weekly Saver) please contact us at customer services between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday and we will check if it has been handed in. If it has, we will try and get it back to you as soon as possible. We are unable to able to re issue a Day, Weekly and 4-Weekly passes if they haven't been found. However, if you have lost a Termly or Annual pass issued by Arriva we can issue a replacement pass for a £25 fee whether has been handed in to our lost property department or not.
