I have lost my multi-journey Saver ticket, what should I do?

A:

If you have lost a Saver ticket issued by Arriva (e.g. an Arriva 4-Weekly Saver) please contact Customer Services .We are unable to able to re issue a Day, Weekly and 4-Weekly passes. However, if you have lost a Term or Annual pass issued by Arriva we can issue a replacement pass for a £25 fee. Please contact our Customer Services Team.
