What happens if my bus runs late?
Arriva will always do everything possible to ensure that our services run on time. However in some circumstances our services may operate late due to issues outside of our control such as road traffic issues or weather conditions. Please note that the Traffic Commissioners Guidelines state that a bus is permitted to arrive up to 5 minutes late. Please contact the Customer Services Team if you have any further questions
