What do I do if my M-Ticket App fails to open when boarding the bus?

In the event of this please try to explain the technical issue to the driver who may allow you to board. Please try to the show the M-Ticket to the driver before the end of the journey if possible. However the driver may reserve the right to require a valid ticket for travel.
