What do I do if my M-Ticket App fails to open when boarding the bus?

A:In the event of this please try to explain the technical issue to the driver who may allow you to board. Please try to the show the M-Ticket to the driver before the end of the journey if possible. However the driver may reserve the right to require a valid ticket for travel.
