What if I lose my Arriva Connect smartcard?

A:Please contact our smartcard support team 0330 123 3585, and they will be able to hotlist (cancel) your card, and you’ll be able to order a replacement card (there is a replacement fee of £3). If you lose your smartcard you do, go to the contact us page on our website and select Live Chat where one of our customer services advisors will be there to help. They will be able to hotlist (cancel) your card, and you’ll be able to order a replacement card (there is a replacement fee of £5). For out of hours please submit an enquiry form from the contact us page.
