What happens if my ticket has been stolen?

A:

We are unable to able to re issue a Day, Weekly and 4-Weekly passes if they haven't been found. However, if you have lost a Termly or Annual pass issued by Arriva we can issue a replacement pass for a £25 fee whether it has been handed in to our lost property department or not.

If you lose your phone with an m-ticket on it we can cancel your M-Ticket to prevent it being used by anybody else and re-issue it to a replacement phone when you are ready.

You will need to contact us at customer services between 08.00 and 18.00 Monday to Friday.
