Do you provide compensation if a bus fails to turn up and I have to use alternative transportation?

A:

Our customer promise states that if a bus is up to 1 minute early or 5 minutes late and the situation is within our control a future journey will be on us. Traffic, accidents, severe bad weather or roadworks can all cause serious delays and we do what we can to minimise the disruption to customers.
