What should I do if I have an accident on the bus (e.g. a fall) or the bus on which I am a passenger is involved in an accident?

If you hurt yourself getting on or off the bus, or while you're travelling on it, or if it is involved in a collision, please make sure you tell the driver. S/He will then submit a report of the incident. Please also contact our Customer Service team immediately on 0344 800 44 11. Opening hours are 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
