What is your complaints procedure?

To make a complaint, please contact our Customer Services team by clicking here. Once our customer service team has been made aware of any complaint they will send the full report to the local depot manager. They will investigate the issue and provide customer services with an official investigation result. The initial investigation will take 5 working days to complete and once customer service have received this response they will attempt to respond to you as soon as possible. The whole process should take no longer than 10 working days.
