What happens if my ticket has been stolen?

Unfortunately, we are unable to able to reissue Day, Weekly and 4-Weekly passes if they haven't been found. However, if you have lost a Termly or Annual pass issued by Arriva, we can issue a replacement pass for a £25 fee, whether it has been handed into our lost property department or not. If you lose your phone with an m-ticket on it, we can cancel your m-ticket to prevent it being used by anybody else and reissue it to a replacement phone when you are ready.

You will need to contact our Customer Services team by phone from 8am to 5pm, or by email, Facebook, and X from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
