My m-ticket has not arrived on my phone after purchase?

Please take the following actions to see if the ticket appears Try refreshing the app – if this doesn’t work . . . Sign out of the app and sign back in again – if this doesn’t work . . . Force close the app and open it again If none of the above works, please contact Customer Services here with the following information:

How you purchased the ticket (through the website - requesting it to be sent to your mobile or, directly through the app) How you paid for the ticket e.g PayPal, Apple Pay, Android Pay or credit/debit card and, whether an email confirmation was received. Confirmation of visibility of payment in your bank account
