I can’t download my timetable from the app. What should I do?

We are aware of an app issue affecting Android customers when trying to download a timetable from the app, where the user gets an internal server error and it does not allow them to download the timetable. We are working on fixing this issue but in the meantime, we advise customers to visit our Download Timetables page to download their timetable. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
