I purchased a ticket for a Greenline coach service. Am I able to receive a refund?
If your ticket has not been redeemed, a refund will be issued in order to allow for the correct ticket to be purchased. If your ticket has been redeemed, proof of an additionally purchased ticket either via the driver, the Arriva UK Bus app or website will need to be provided before a refund can be issued.
