I’ve lost my concessionary bus pass. What should I do?

Please use our online Contact us - Lost property – Arriva Group form to let us have details of your journey and the item you have lost. What you will need to do - You will need to provide a full description of the item and the details of the journey you made when you left the item on the bus. What will happen next - Depots will aim to contact you within 48 hours of your completion of the online 'Lost Property enquiry' form if we have your item. So, if you have not heard back from us within 48 hours it means we do not have your item.

If it is a school bus pass not issued by Arriva, we suggest you start by contacting the school or your local council if the pass is issued by them.
