I no longer require my annual ticket but it has not expired yet. Am I entitled to a refund?
Annual tickets can be refunded and these will be given on a pro-rata basis.
For paper tickets, a refund will be issued via the original payment method within 3-5 working days once received by our team. Please send your ticket to the following address:
