I have lost my Multi-journey Saver ticket, what should I do?
If you have lost a Saver ticket issued by Arriva (e.g. an Arriva 4-Weekly Saver) please contact Customer Services and we can check our lost property. Unfortunately, we are unable to reissue Day, Weekly and 4-Weekly passes. However, if you have lost a Term or Annual pass issued by Arriva, we can issue a replacement for a £25 fee. Please contact Customer Services to arrange this.
