What should I do if I have been issued a wrong ticket on the bus?

If you have been issued the wrong ticket you will need to purchase the correct ticket in order to allow you to travel. Once used, you will then be required to send both the newly purchased ticket as well as the incorrectly issued ticket to our Customer Services team in order to obtain a refund.
