How can I claim a refund?

If you need a refund for unused tickets or tickets with valid time or journeys left on them, then please contact us at customer services. We will be able to discuss issuing you a refund based upon the circumstances. In addition, if you are unhappy with a service you may be entitled to a refund based upon our Conditions of Carriage. To discuss this, please contact us at customer services by phone from 8am to 5pm, or by email, Facebook, and X from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
