The ticket I bought online has been despatched, but has still not arrived. What should I do?
Arriva is not, and cannot, be held responsible for delays by the Royal Mail. However, at the discretion of the Customer Services Manager, it may be considered reasonable to advise you to purchase a Day Saver ticket, and Arriva will refund the value of this ticket to your credit/debit card, which will allow an additional day for Royal Mail to deliver. We will also refund Day Saver tickets if the tickets have been delayed by Arriva. Please note that if the ticket is a four weekly ticket need we cannot refund the ticket for 30 days and another ticket will need to be purchased in the interim period.
