Can I have a refund if I've accidentally booked the wrong zone when I bought my ticket online?
Unfortunately, we cannot amend or change tickets once they have been ordered. However, we can refund tickets through the following methods: if you have purchased this ticket within the last few hours, please contact us as soon as possible through live chat or 0344 800 44 11 and we can cancel the order and refund the payment. Then you will be able to purchase the correct ticket. If the ticket has been dispatched or you have received it, you will need to send it back to us. We will then refund the proportion left on the ticket and you will then need to purchase correct ticket.
You can send tickets back to Arriva Customer Services, FREEPOST ANG 7624, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU4 8BR. We advise if this is a high value ticket that you send tickets through recorded delivery as we cannot refund tickets that we do not receive. We do have a FREEPOST address however, we will not able to refund the cost of any additional postage.
