How do I get an m-ticket on my mobile phone?

1. Download the free "Arriva UK Bus" app from the App Store (iPhone users) or Google Play (Android users).
2. Register your details by clicking on the account icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the home screen and you will receive a verification email for your "Arriva UK Bus" App.
3. Select and purchase your ticket, either by credit or debit card, PayPal, Apple, or Google pay.
Activate your ticket when you’re ready to use it. Your ticket will be displayed on the phone screen, and this will simply need to scan the QR code. The ticket runs from the date you wish to activate it, not the date you purchase it, and will remain on your app until you wish to use it.
