Can I get a refund if I purchase a ticket for the incorrect ticket zone?

You will be required to purchase a new ticket before a refund can be issued. For tickets purchased via the Arriva UK Bus app or website, please contact our Customer Services team via email, live chat, telephone, Facebook or Twitter.

For paper tickets purchased from the driver, you will be required to post both the original as well as the newly purchased ticket to the following address:
